Returns & Refunds Policy
If you have any problems with the yarn received then please contact us via our facebook page.
If the yarn is faulty we will arrange either a refund or replacement whichever you prefer. Please contact us so we can send a returns label for the yarn to be returned at our cost.
Should you decide to return yarn that is not faulty, please ensure you do this within 28 days. We will send a full refund for the cost of the yarn, providing the yarn is unused, and in a saleable condition. We will not cover the cost for returning the yarn to us.
You have the right to cancel any yarn ordered, from the point at which they are ordered,up until the point of dispatch and a full refund will be given.
However if goods have already been dispatched, you may return the yarn at your own expense and a refund will be sent on receiving the returned yarn.
